M-Series ozone generators are our most advanced systems. They are ready to use with just power connection needed – comes with everything inbuilt – ozone unit, safety features, control panel and industrial oxygen concentrator for feed gas.

The State of the Art M-Series High frequency CD Technology ozone generators are designed for high performance in low cost. Our M-Series produces high concentration ozone of upto 8% by weight. Higher the concentration, lesser the oxygen feed needed and better the dissolved ozone efficiency.

This series is designed for continuous running and maintenance free operation. Our M-Series has a wide range of models from 10 g/h to 100 g/h. We have both air and water cooled models – both using specific patented technologies. This series consumes very little power and is the most compact size across the world in its class. Available in stainless steel enclosure.

It has very good life on ozone cells compared with Air Feed Ozone Generators because of moisture free dry oxygen prepared from inbuilt industrial oxygen concentrator. The inbuilt oxygen system uses the highly efficient PSA technology to produce oxygen > 90% purity. The simple yet advanced design of the oxygen concentrator allows easier maintenance and offers great serviceability unlike the use and throw oxygen modules available worldwide.

The control panel shows and allows to keep track of all the operational parameters needed for day to day monitoring such as voltage/current meter, ozone status lamp, hours meter, pressure gauge, oxygen flow meter, variable ozone output knob, on/off switch, emergency shut down switch, over current and over temperature protection.

How Ozone Works ?

Ozone is a gas. And it's made of just one thing-oxygen.Ozone is a very strong disinfectant and oxidizer. Any pathogen or contaminant that can be disinfected, altered or removed via an oxidation process will be affected by ozone. It is the strongest of all molecules available for disinfection in water treatment, and is second only to elemental fluorine in oxidizing power. Compared to chlorine, the most common water disinfection chemical, ozone is a more than 50% stronger oxidizer and acts over 3,000 times faster. Both chlorine and fluorine are highly toxic chemicals.

For more than a century, ozone has been used in Europe for purifying drinking water. Here in the United States, ozone is used for purifying bottled water and for decontaminating cooling towers. The City of Los Angeles currently uses ozone to purify its water supply. But ozone is not limited to drinking water.

On June 23, 2001, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration officially granted GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) status to ozone for use in food-contact applications. With full FDA approval in place, food processors immediately began putting this exciting new technology to use in their plants.
